Suicide, Self Harm, Depression, and Anxiety

The teenage years can be a difficult time for both the teenager and his/her parents or guardians. Some of the issues faced can be a matter of life and death. There are no substitutes for getting a student professional care when it is warranted. The Counseling Office can help you with planning for such concerns. However, if school is out of session or closed for the day, the following resources might be useful or necessary. The following phone numbers can be used if the the student needs immediate help:

If it is an emergency and the student is a danger to self or others, call 911
