Registration 2025-2026

All students who will attend PPISD schools for the 2025- 2026 school year must register online. This includes students who are registered at PPISD during this current school year, incoming kindergarten students, and any student that is new to the district.  New and returning student regstration will begin June 2nd, 2025. 

The online registration portal is managed by ASCENDER, a branch of TxEIS, which manages our Student Information System and ParentPortal. One ParentPortal account can be used to manage registrations for all students in one family. Within ASCENDER ParentPortal, you will also upload all required documents rather than bringing paper copies to the Campus Registrar. Accepted upload formats: .doc, .docx, .pdf, .txt, .xls, .xlsx, .bmp, .gif, .jpg, .jpeg, or .png.

Note: Your student's enrollment is not complete until all required documentation has been received.

New Students: Gather student's birth certificate and social security card
New and Returning Students: Gather parent driver's license/identification (annual requirement), proof of residency (annual requirement), and immunization records, if applicable (more information listed below)
