Graduation Requirements
Graduation Requirements
Graduation is an exciting milestone, and thoughtful planning throughout high school helps ensure every student is prepared for success after graduation. At Pilot Point High School, our counseling team partners with students and families to monitor graduation progress, explore future goals, and develop a four-year plan that supports each student's interests and aspirations. While the State of Texas requires students to meet the Foundation High School Program requirements to earn a diploma, our expectation and goal at PPHS is for every student to graduate on the Foundation High School Program with at least one completed endorsement. This means students will successfully earn a minimum of 26 high school credits, providing them with expanded academic opportunities and stronger preparation for college, career, military service, or the workforce. We encourage students and families to review graduation requirements regularly and work closely with their school counselor to ensure they remain on track toward a successful graduation.
